During the Spring, Summer, and Fall our cows are pasture based grass fed, as well as fed vegetable scraps and seconds from our Permaculture/Biodynamic vegetable farm. Rotating cows weekly to new paddocks with fresh, green grass mirrors natural grazing practices and keeps the cows free of parasites. They are rotated into vegetable fields in the Fall and finished with only grass and hay. Intensive pasture management means no need for antibiotics, while the diversity in plant intake promotes vitamin and mineral rich meat. In our humble opinion, this is the finest and healthiest environment to raise feeder cattle.

There are 1/4 and 1/2 cows available. The deposit for a 1/4 cow is $100. The deposit for a 1/2 cow  is $250. Final price will be at hanging weight which includes kill fee, cut & wrap, plus delivery. Price per pound at hanging weight will be $4.00 to $4.50 depending on current beef market prices.
